Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. We ship Tuesday - Friday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by another email informing you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. We ship via Canada Post.
We will ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
IN STORE
Regularly Priced Items:
- Must be returned within 14 days.
- We return for exchange or store credit only, no monetary refunds.
- Item must be in unused condition, with tags attached, accompanied by original receipt.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
- Pricing adjustments must be purchased and brought to our attention within 24 hours of a sale. We will honour the discount in the form of store credit.
- ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We do NOT issue refunds unless item received is damaged. We can, however, offer you an exchange or store credit ONLY within the 14 days of the original receipt and will all tags fully attached to item.
ONLINE
Our regular policies apply with these exceptions:
- We must receive the item back in store within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this date will not be honoured.
- We do not refund or credit the initial shipping cost.
- All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Once orders are placed on our site, they go into processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
- International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.
RETURNS (if applicable)
- once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it has been approved or rejected for return.
- Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. We do not automatically send tracking for exchanges but you can email to request it.
